Michael Keaton, an American actor and producer, is best known for his role in Birdman. Keaton is an actor with a variety of talents who can play both comedic as well as dramatic roles. His work has led him to play a variety of romantic characters, and he's appeared in some action films. The passion for acting profession began when he was in his teens. He began to try stand-up comedy during his 20s. Although his stand-up show was not successful it helped pave the road for his acting. Unable to find success as a comic, he took the job of cameraman on television at a cable channel. When he was working for the cable station, he discovered he wanted to work in the front of cameras. He was then offered a television performance, and was in several seasons of Mister Rogers Neighborhood. An actor with natural talent, he was quickly a hit on TV. After having a successful film career, his humorous appearances brought him plenty of attention. He gained even more fame in the role of Batman as the main character in Tim Burton's Batman. Being a mature actor He also started to move into directing and producing. In the film Birdman (2014) He was awarded numerous nominations and awards.
